Not Working! I want a Credit!

If I take a pic or use a pic from my photo gallery it will not work. I got as far as placing the little circles over the left & right eye of the photo and when you click next or even tried to adjust brightness it boots you off the app and on to my home screen. I have a brand new iPhone 5. How do I get a credit?
